30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us and 100% Guaranteed!

We have a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange and get your item(s) back to us.

Note: we won't be able to accept returns that arrive after the 30 days return period unless due to unforeseen delays from the delivery service used (e.g., such as official weather delays, etc.).

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide us with a proof of purchase (e.g., your order number). For defects or receiving the wrong item, see below.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and the return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: during inspection of the returned item(s), if the item appears to have been used, the item will be shipped back to the customer (if they want) at their cost, and no refund will be issued.

Defects and Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We thoroughly inspect and carefully pack all products in strong corrugated boxes for safe shipping to our customers.

If your item is unfortunately defective, you'll need to contact us within 2 days from the delivery date and provide us with a photo of defect via email for us to review your refund or exchange request for a full refund.

Wrong Item(s)
If you received the wrong item(s), please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales and gift cards.

Shipping Back Returns
We recommend you use USPS, or any delivery confirmation services (with a tracking number) to ship your return to us. If your return doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return, we may not be able to complete the processing of your return.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please Note: postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable. Additionally, we reserve the right to subtract shipping fees on refunds for orders that were given free shipping, as well as a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your total refund.
